Learnings from the Western Australia Wheatbelt

Helen Creed, the inaugural leader of the Rural Early Education & Development (REED) initiative, recently visited Horsham to share her team's innovative approach to addressing Early Childhood Education in rural communities like ours.

More than 20 local leaders from across every local government area, along with representatives from the North Central, gathered to hear firsthand about REED's journey, the obstacles they overcame, and the solutions they implemented — a testament to effective local leadership.

Although our locations are geographically distant, the shared challenges, inspiring vision, and practical solutions presented by REED provide invaluable guidance as we work to advance Early Childhood Education in our area.

Take a look at the REED website to learn more.
