Traditionally the lands of the Jaadwa, Jadawadjali, Jupagulk, Wergaia and Wotjobobaluk, Horsham Rural City is situated in the heart of the Wimmera region of Victoria.
It includes the towns of Horsham and Natimuk, and a number of localities.
Within the Wimmera, Horsham is the major provider of retail, community and government services, with dryland and broadacre agriculture being the major industry.
