Kindergarten to School Transition Event

For the second year running, By Five have facilitated an additional opportunity for education professionals in the Horsham area to collaborate and support children who are transitioning from Kindergarten to Primary School in early 2025.

The afternoon was a great success and we have received overwhelming positive feedback! The face-to-face conversations allowed professionals an opportunity to take part in in-person handover of students, engage in rich discussion, and connect with others in the field.

Thank you to the brilliant Early Years Educators, Primary Schools, Goolum Goolum, Department of Education, Emerge and Uniting Vic Tas staff who support local children in this phase, and came together to improve the quality of this transition experience.
